Barry
Stern of Zoetrope passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2005. He was
only 45 yrs old. His death was apparently due to complications from
recent hip replacement surgery.
Barry
will be remembered for his kind ways, his enthusiasm and his contribution
to the Chicago music scene. Barry was instrumental in introducing
his concept of "street metal" to the Chicago hardcore
scene.
